1. Cancellations and Refunds
1.1 Cancellation Timeframes and Refund Eligibility:
Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in:
Guests will receive a 100% refund of the booking amount, minus any applicable processing fees.
Cancellations made 14 to 29 days before check-in:
Guests will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in:
No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date.
1.2 No-Show Policy:
If a guest does not show up for their reservation without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
2. Modifications to Your Reservation
2.1 Changes to Dates:
Guests may request changes to their booking dates up to 14 days before check-in, subject to availability. If new dates are more expensive, guests will need to pay the difference. If the new dates are less expensive, no refund for the difference will be issued.
2.2 Shortening Your Stay:
If you choose to shorten your stay after check-in, no refunds will be provided for the unused nights.
3. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, or extreme weather conditions, we will offer a full refund or reschedule your stay to an available future date, depending on the situation.
4. Refund Process
4.1 Processing Time:
Once your cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during booking.
4.2 Processing Fees:
Please note that any processing fees (such as payment gateway charges) incurred during the booking process are non-refundable.
5. Non-Refundable Bookings
Some special offers or discounted packages may be marked as non-refundable at the time of booking. In these cases, no refunds will be provided for cancellations, regardless of the time of notice.
